After 22 years as a collegiate coach, I accepted a position at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012 and quickly fell in love with the area and it’s potential for an active, healthy lifestyle. Whether it’s the abundance of outdoor venues and activities or the great selection of local restaurants specializing in organic, locally sourced foods, the Triangle has it all.

After six years at UNC, when it became time to move on from coaching, Patty and I knew we wanted to stay in the area. We also knew I wouldn’t be happy unless I could continue helping people realize their dreams. Real Estate provided just the opportunity. And, just as in coaching, I understand preparation, realistic goal setting, and great communication are keys to success in real estate. Meticulous research and knowledge of the local market, combined with a determination to identify and consider every factor related to a transaction, help insure my clients will be well prepared for anything the market throws at them. Whether it’s buying your first home, selling and upgrading, or finding the perfect investment opportunity, I WILL take the extra steps to make sure you achieve all your goals.

When I’m not with clients, Patty and I are doing their absolute best to enjoy an active lifestyle, whether it’s hiking along the Eno, canoeing Jordan Lake, mountain biking at Umstead or just enjoying the back yard with our German Shorthaired Pointers, Scout and Razzle.
